1. In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.


2. Add water and make a smooth batter.


3. Add chopped eggs, onion, and capsicum. Mix well. 


4. Heat oil in a pan. Drop spoonfuls of the egg mixture into the oil.


5. Fry until golden brown and crispy.


6. Drain excess oil and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
