Hey foodies! Today, we're making the ultimate Indian street food - Egg Baji! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavors. Here's the recipe: Ingredients: - 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 1 onion, chopped - 1 capsicum, chopped - 1/2 cup besan (gram flour) - 1/2 cup rice flour - 1/2 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 tsp coriander powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp red chilli powder - Salt, to taste - 1/4 cup water - Oil, for deep frying - Fresh coriander, for garnish Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. 2. Add water and make a smooth batter. 3.
