Here's the recipe: Ingredients: - 2 large eggs - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese - 1/4 cup chopped onion - 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp black pepper - 1/4 tsp paprika - 2 tbsp butter, melted - 1/4 cup milk Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 4-6 muffin cups. 2. Whisk eggs, flour, cheese, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and paprika. 3. Add melted butter and milk. Mix well. 4. Hey foodies! Today, we're making the ultimate Indian street food - Egg Baji! Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and packed with flavors. Here's the recipe: Ingredients: - 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 1 onion, chopped - 1 capsicum, chopped - 1/2 cup besan (gram flour) - 1/2 cup rice flour - 1/2 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 tsp coriander powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp red chilli powder - Salt, to taste - 1/4 cup water - Oil, for deep frying - Fresh coriander, for garnish Instructions: 1.
